SA Domestic:

• Orders can be collected from our Johannesburg warehouse. C&R Brand Solutions, 1344 Spokeshave Street, Stormill, Randburg, 1709
• RTT Courier rates are charged at 5% of invoice value plus a base fee of R75.00 and will be added to your invoice upon checkout.
• If the order placed is against a voucher being redeemed, then courier costs will be billed to Donaldson SA.

International:

• Order can be processed EXW Johannesburg where you are able to collect from our Johannesburg warehouse with your preferred cartage agent or courier operator.
• For international freight, we are partnered with DHL Global Forwarding.
• Freight rates will be quoted on a case-by-case basis depending on the mode of transport required Air/ Sea or Road freight.
• These rates will be quoted CIF and either billed to Donaldson Belgium or Consignee (dependant on whether a voucher is redeemed, or an order is placed by consignee directly)
